Our Programs
MISA emphasizes hands-on learning, allowing participants to develop essential healthcare skills through real-world practice. By engaging in activities like clinical simulations, phlebotomy training, and collaborative exercises, participants gain valuable, practical experience that deepens their understanding and builds confidence. This ‘learning by doing’ approach ensures that each skill learned is reinforced through active application, preparing participants for success in future healthcare environments
MISA is a 5-day program held Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at our Oakland, California office. Applicants can choose to join either a Spring or Summer cohort, with multiple program dates available for each.
